Prestigious Textiles Ireland was established in 1995 & is a joint venture between Prestigious Textiles Ltd UK & Kevin Dempsey Distributors Ltd Ireland.

Prestigious Textiles UK is based in Bradford, Yorkshire & from its hub there it manages the operations for its worldwide business, selling to over 60 countries. The Product Planning Division, Design Studios, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Finance & IT, UK & Export Sales, Warehouse Operation & Shipping Depts. are all based at custom built facilities in Bradford.

Prestigious Textiles Ireland operates independently & has sole responsibility for the Marketing & Sales functions in Ireland, North & South.

Kevin Dempsey Distributors Ltd provides all of the management services required to run Prestigious Textiles Ireland from its state of the art facilities at Block O, Ballymount Drive, Dublin 12.

The innovative concept & business model, designed by Kevin Dempsey, for the strategic alliance that is Prestigious Textiles Ireland is still industry unique & right from its launch in 1995, the Prestigious brand became the biggest selling brand of Soft Furnishing Fabrics in the market, a position it still holds today. Based on this success, the business model of aligning with strong local partners in various markets was later successfully rolled out in France, Belgium, Germany & South Africa.
